Paul K. Cooksey, 91, of Kevil, died Tuesday morning, August 2nd, 2016 at his home.
Paul was a World War II veteran, a retired operator for TVA Shawnee Steam Plant and a watch repairman. He was an active member of Christ Community Church in West Paducah.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Ruth; three children, Connie Hudson of West Paducah, Tony Cooksey of Paducah, and Jackie Vaughn of Kevil; nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews,
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Fannie Cooksey; two brothers; and one sister.
Friends may visit the family on Friday, August 5th, 2016 from 11am until 1pm at Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah. Funeral services start at 1pm following visitation at Lindsey Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Brooks cemetery of Paducah.
