Kathy Chlupsa, 58, of Cadiz, died on Friday morning, September 30th, 2016 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah, Ky.
Kathy had previously worked at the Riverwood International Carton Factory in Kankakee, IL., Shady Lawn Nursing Home in Cadiz, and Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz. Kathy enjoyed boating, swimming in the lake and lounging around her pool.
She leaves behind her husband of 27 years, Andy; her mother, Darlene Dionne Marion; one step daughter, Heather (Josh) Dickerson of Hopkinsville; two sisters, Debbie (David) Lowery, and Ronda (Jerry) Alessi, both of Kankakee, IL.; one brother, Steve (Mary) Marion of Kankakee, IL.; one brother in law, Steve Chlupsa of Cadiz; mother and father in law, Arnold and Verna Chlupsa of Cadiz; and several nieces and nephews.
Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Marion.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 6th, 2016 at One Church, 526 N. Rocky Ridge Rd., Cadiz, Ky. starting at 10am with Pastor Gary Townsend officiating.
