Everett Eugene “Gene” Bradford, 85, of Biloxi, MS passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017, at Memorial Hospital at Gulfport in Gulfport, Mississippi.
Mr. Bradford was a retired pipe fitter with the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in McCracken County near Paducah. He was a long time member of Palestine Methodist Church in West Paducah, KY. He enjoyed hunting and rebuilding classic automobiles.
Surviving are his wife, Gladys Foster Bradford; two grandsons, Brian Ross of Louisville, KY and Preston Bradford of Fancy Farm, KY; one granddaughter, Lorenda Bradford of Hollywood, FL; two stepsons; William Gregory “Greg” Blalock of Kevil, KY and Kerry Blalock of Columbus, MS; one step-daughter; Dusty Wilder of Alabaster, AL; seven great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Everett Bradford; his mother, Mary Naomi Bradford; his former wife, Norma Bradford; his daughter, Deanna Ross: and his son, Roger Bradford.
Graveside memorial services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2017, at Palestine Methodist Church in West Paducah, KY with Rev. Keith Tilford officiating. Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
