Mrs. Oneta White Morris, age 91, of Murray, Kentucky died at 7:25am Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Anna Mae Owen Hospice House, Murray, Kentucky.
Mrs. Morris was born May 29, 1925 to the late Macon Millington White and Amie Brandon White. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Brent Morris, Sr.; and her daughter Gail Wright. She was a member of the Green Plain Church of Christ.
She is survived by two sons, Brent Morris, Jr. (Jane), Hazel, and Phil Morris (Tonya), Murray; one sister, Marguritte Stubblefield, Murray; six grandchildren, Jason D. Wright and wife Tammy, Justin B. Morris (Shereen), Micah B. Morris (Abbie), Brandon L. Morris, Whitney C. Cooper (Mike), and Matthew P. Morris (Jessica); and nine great grandchildren, Brooke L. Wright, Brodie P. Morris, Cole H. Morris, Parker L. Morris, Adrian X. Morris, Madison C. Morris, Mae C. Cooper, Liam T. Morris, and Millie B. Cooper.
The funeral service will be at 10:00am Friday at the Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home with John Dale and Jonnie Hutchison officiating. The burial will follow in the Green Plain Cemetery and friends may visit the family from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday at the Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home.
