Lisa Danette Sellars Hampton, age 59, of Boaz, KY passed away at 7:54 am on Friday, March 3, 2017 at Lourdes Hospital.
Lisa was a registered nurse having worked for McCracken County Health Department, Lourdes Hospital, Western Baptist Hospital, and Dr. Ronald Wilson’s office. She was a member of Community Fellowship Baptist Church. She loved horses and enjoyed flowers and gardening. Lisa had worked for Gene Boaz Photography.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Max Duane Hampton of Boaz, KY; two sons, Matthew Hampton of Boaz, KY, Logan Hampton and wife Melody of Hickory, KY; mother, Ernestene Boaz Sellars of Reidland, KY; one sister, Rita Crouch and husband Keith of Cookeville, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leon Perryman Sellars.
Funeral services for Lisa will be at 2:00pm on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah with Bro. Brad Henson officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery in Hickory, KY.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, March 6, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
