Kenneth Eugene Blythe (KB), age 66, of Carbondale, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era from 1962 to 1975.
His parents John William Blythe and Johnnie Ruth Blythe preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories, one daughter, Tosh Blythe of Arlington, KY; three sons, Kenan Blythe of Carbondale, IL , Jamol Blythe of Washington, D.C. and Jeffrey Woodforth of Mayfield, KY; four brothers, Howard Blythe of Marion, IL, Jerry Blythe of Lascassas, TN, Paul Blythe of Arizona and Louis Blythe of Nashville, TN; nine sisters, Louvenia Armstrong of LaVergne, TN, Wanda Cutler of Hickory, KY, Verna Mitchell of Antioch, TN, Cenia Cunningham of Nashville, TN, Ellis Jones, Januas Blythe and Hilda Blythe, all of Paducah, KY, Joyce Blythe of Alexander, AR and Tammy Bullock of La Vergne, TN; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 25, 2017, 12 noon at Peaceful Valley Cemetery of Mayfield, KY with Thomas Todd officiating.
