Katie “Katiebug” McFarland, 18, of Ledbetter passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 in an automotive accident.
Katie was a graduate of Livingston County Central High School. She enjoyed horseback riding, hunting, fishing, mudding and anything outdoors.
Surviving are her parents, J.K. McFarland and Kachelle Ford both of Marshall County; three sisters, Mercedes Wheeler of Louisville, Jacquelyn McFarland of Draffenville, Jesslynn McFarland of Crittenden County; one brother, Kason McFarland of Salem; and two grandmothers, Brenda Mathis of Ledbetter, Louis Ann McFarland of Crittenden County.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jim McFarland; and one cousin, LeeAnn Grundy.
Visitation will be held from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Lindsey Funeral Home.
