Ms. Patsy H. Guess, age 74 of Kuttawa, KY died on Thursday, January 4, 2018, at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church where she worked as a Secretary of the Sunday School Department for several years. She worked as an office manager for Bass/Page Repair, Tilford Plumbing, and graduated from North Marshall High School as Valedictorian. She received her Associates Degree from Draughon's Business College.
Born Wednesday, February 24, 1943 in McComb, MS, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Heath and the late Calistine (Cox) Duncan.
Surviving are daughters, Heather Mays, husband James of Gilbertsville, KY and Mary LeMaster of Benton, KY, step-father, Waymon Duncan of Gilbertsville, KY, son, Richard Guess of California, brothers, Michael Heath, wife Mona of Champaign, IL and Chris Heath, wife Roxane of Benton, KY, grandchildren, Heath Mays, Malorie Mays, Annabelle Mays, Olive LeMaster, and great-grandchildren, Ryder Mays and Parker Mays.
Graveside services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Bethel Cemetery, Gilbertsville, KY.
Bro. Charles La Chance will officiate.
No public visitation is scheduled.
