Benjamin Lee Spencer, age 35 of Benton, KY died on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from complications of Bone Marrow Transplant for Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
He was born Monday, September 7, 1981 in New Albany, IN.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Krystal White Spencer and 3 courageous children, Zackery Lee Spencer, Alexander Edward Spencer and Gracie Mae Spencer, his mother, Kyla Spencer, brother, Logan Spencer, grandmother, Maggie Spencer of Ohio, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Earl Spencer, grandparents, Carl Spencer, Mollie Spencer, Elsie (Kelli) Lenzi, Roger K. Cox, nephew, Trent Dean Edwards, and cousins Joshua Spencer, and J.T. Carmen.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Collier Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2017 at Collier Funeral Home.
